Located in India and Vietnam our factory has all the right attributes: it utilizes bright spacious facilities, modern methods, provides comfortable conditions and convenience for local communities.

Tajan Hair full-time dedicated staff work alongside factory quality managers to monitor all production processes for compliance with rigid standards of quality, environment and safety. Average employee age is 40 comprised of 76% women, mostly from local communities. Employees are provided with three daily meals, eight-hour work days, weekends, holiday leave, and worker insurance.

Committed to finding a factory partner that aligned with our values, we spent 11 months tirelessly auditing a total of 32 factories before finally selecting the one. From the initial visit, we were immediately impressed by the honesty and dedication of the owner, who works at the factory himself.

ABOUT OUR FACTORY PARTNER

Born in 1980, India, the owner of the factory brings nearly three decades of expertise in the hair industry. Founded in 2006, the factory began in a small workshop with only nine employees. Today, it employs over 100 staff and occupies one vast facility.
